When Semmy Dueren called and asked if we were down to work on the SCOTT edit 2025, it was an easy yes. A brief like this is exactly the kind of thing you don’t want to pass up.
Together we shaped the material into two very different edits from the same source: one cinematic main film with space to breathe, and one more focused product version with its own rhythm and purpose.
That contrast was part of the fun. The footage was strong enough to hold both directions, and the challenge was finding the right balance between feeling and function. It was a pleasure to work with Semmy on something that could move between those two worlds so naturally - from a broader visual story to a sharper, more practical cut built for different platforms and uses.
